RETURN TERMS

1. Timeframe : Returns must be initiated within 14 working days of receiving the product(s).

3. Shipping Requirements :
Products must be returned with a tracking number to our studio in Taiwan .
Any return sent beyond the specified timeframe will be refused and sent back to the sender at their cost.

4. Product Condition :
Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and with all accessories included.
A copy of the purchase invoice must be enclosed.
Products that come in special boxes must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. To protect the product box, place it inside a sturdy carton or wrap it with kraft paper, as originally shipped.

5. Hygiene and Safety : Items related to hygiene or personal use cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.

6. Customer Responsibility :
Return costs and any customs duties are the sender’s responsibility.
We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage of returned packages.
Packages with incomplete or missing customer identification (name, address) will be refused.
